1. Match Cancellation: If a tournament match is cancelled due to technical server maintenance or game update issues, 100% of the match entry fee is instantly refunded to player wallets.
2. Failed Payments: If an add-money deposit succeeds at bank gateway but fails to credit in-app, balance is reconciled automatically or upon UTR submission within 15 minutes.
3. Player Forfeit: If a player fails to join a match on time after registration, entry fee is non-refundable as the tournament slot is reserved.
